The Similan Islands and its marine life! Liveaboard trip in this area is one of the best scuba diving experiences you will find in Thailand. Its huge granite boulders with caverns and arches, lush greenery and white sand beaches ring the nine islands, completing the view from above water. The marine ecology in this area is unparalleled, colourful schools of fish, coral reefs, and endangered species that welcome divers like the Whale Sharks or Manta Rays. Look out for such photogenic little critters as ghost pipefish, sea moths, frogfish, ribbon eels and many different nudibranchs. Koh Tachai and Koh Bon, members of the Similan Island National Park, are visited en-route to Richelieu Rock in the Surin Marine Park, and offer more Pelagics, Napoleon Wrasse and Night Diving for Macro-Critters.
Whatever your scuba diving pleasure might be, the Similan and Surin Marine Parks are the dive destinations that will satisfy your desires and give you the trip of a lifetime.

One of the best diving experience.. Beautiful dive spots and outstanding service provided by the KSA team!
« Fred, do you think we were professional enough? »
I was asked that question by Woody (the trip leader of Manta Queen 6) at the end of this dive trip. Well… I am a professional Master Instructor for 17 years now but this question still gives me pause.
This team is aware of the bigger picture, they are able to look at a situation objectively, recognize what is going well or wrong and fix it even in the middle of nowhere in the Andaman Sea.
They are good at what they do, they have the knowledge that enable them to do the job well, they won’t just show you what you want to see, they will show you how to find it.
Guests don’t realize how this job is exhausting and how painful it can be to work on a boat for weeks with a lack of privacy. But this men and women understood the essence of this job: if you build confidence with client, if you do everything to bring the best comfort and promote safe practice then it can be the best job and the finest experience to share in the world.
Anyway, as a simple guest, thanks to all of you for this amazing holyday time onboard of Manta Queen 6.
Fantástica empresa de LiveAbord! Super recomendada! Limpeza, agulidade, pontualidade, comida boa, ótimos guias, momentos engraçados, tenlevam passear em uma ilha, fazem comida sem coentro S2, e eu não enjoei nenhum dia, mesmo sem meclin! Super recomendada!
It was an Amazing experience to dive with Khaolak Scuba Adventure in Manta Queen 6 (best boat of the company). Thei were surpraisly on time, the boat is confort (share bathroom with 2 cabines), the Guides are very good, get all the attention on you, the food is good, they respect hour “food limits” hehe, and the Crew helps you with everything! You just need take yout shower by yourself! The price is very just! And you may give $2000 baths of tips to the crew + guide at the end of the trip.
Best experience ever with LiveAbord!
My girlfriend and I just finished a 5 day 4 night 15 dives aboard Manta queen 6, Aisha and Aay were amazing trip leaders. The Thai crew and other instructors were extremely friendly and helpful.
The cooking onboard was delicious for me, but the fact that the Thai cook catered to the dietary restrictions my girlfriend has. It’s not that it’s a fad diet, it was a medical need that the diet be followed, which is not easy even at home. The staff went above and beyond and made meals that were not only fitting into the diet but also delicious.
One piece of advise though, we booked through a third party site, provided the list of restrictions to the third party site. When we arrived at check in the requirements were not passed on to the KSA staff. I would contact them directly if doing it again.
The heat in Cabins at night would be my only complaint. Like I said the diving was amazing, along with the crew!!!
Would go again!!!!
i had a great time with you guys at manta queen 6 – thank you so much. i come back for sure – see you
